Gwydir Shire Council is currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Technical Officer (Utilities)

The Technical Officer is responsible for providing technical support to the Manager, Utilities across all areas of responsibility including the water and wastewater service, parks and gardens, community facilities, plant/fleet and workshops of Council and infrastructure related projects. This is a permanent full time position and is classified as Grade 6, in Gwydir Shire Council’s competency based salary system with a commencing hourly pay rate of $32.86.
