This course is designed for supervisors, team leaders, managers and staff who are responsible for the implementation of food safety, providing accredited training to comply with the NSW Food Authority’s requirements for Food Safety Supervisor.

Individuals who must maintain their Food Safety Supervisor accreditation can complete this course to renew their qualifications and accreditation. Food Safety Supervisor certificates must be renewed every five years.

Prerequisites: Students must hold a current NSW Food Authority Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and Statement of Attainment and present this to the trainer on the day of the course.

Safe Food Handling – Level 1

This course is for all staff involved in the preparation, storage and service of food and beverages, including volunteers with service organisations and is an important qualification for anyone looking to work in the hospitality and tourism industry. This is a course which will provide you with the skills and knowledge to enable you to follow correct workplace hygiene practices, which are especially important when working with food.
